Mushroom Swiss Meatza

I was serious when I said Dr. Zimmerman LOVES pizza and since it was his birthday week, we were Pizza-ing it up! smiley

This is a nut-free pizza that is dynamite! 


1 lb

grass fed ground beef


1 c

Roa Pizza Sauce

2 c


1 c

Mixed Greens (We use arugula and spinach)


Chopped Mozzarella

1 c

Shredded Swiss Cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
  2. Mix ground beef and egg together. 
  3. Place mixture on parchment paper. Place another sheet of parchment paper on top. Roll out "dough" until nice and thin. 
  4. Bake "dough" watching until getting crispy around edges.
  5. Pull "dough" out of oven. Add pizza sauce, cheese, mushrooms, topped with mozzarella cheese and green mix.
  6. Place back in oven until all cheeses are melted.
