Wings!

If you like Buffalo Wild Wings, you will love this recipe. We like a good baked chicken wing smothered in hot sauce. Here's our go-to Hot wing!

Ingredients

1 lb

Chicken Wings

4 T

Kerry Gold Butter

Frank's Red Hot

1 c

Algae Oil or Olive Oil

 

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees. 
  2. Melt butter in red hot sauce over low heat. Remove from heat once melted together. 
  3. Rinse and clean chicken wings. Dry completely. *I wipe them all down with papertowel. 
  4. Place all chicken wings in a large bowl. Pour oil over the wings and mix it all together.
  5. Salt and pepper wings.
  6. Divide hot sauce/butter mixture in half. 
  7. Pour one half over chicken wings. 
  8. Place a cookie rack over a baking sheet. 
  9. Line sauced chicken wings on rack. 
  10. Place in oven for 10 minutes. Flip.
  11. Bake for 10 minutes. Drag each through remaining hot sauce. 
  12. Continue this cycle as much as you'd like to make them as hot as you want. 
  13. Bake until golden brown. Approximately 1 hour total.
