Morel Mushroom Stir Fry

We are all about keeping our meals simple. Less ingredients, less cost and less time involved is what we aim for. This is our simple stir fry recipe. It has all the protein, fat and fiber you need for health and is very filling. 

Here's what you'll need.

1. Coconut Aminos Teriyaki Sauce
2. Grass-fed Ribeye
3. Morel Mushrooms
4. Broccoli
5. Green peppers
6. Zucchini
7. Squash
8. Soft Goat Cheese

1. Melt grass-fed butter in pan. Add in Ribeye and cook to your preference with a splash of Coconut Aminos Teriyaki Sauce.
2. Once steak is done, pull it out of pan and let it "rest."
3. Add to pan Broccoli and green peppers until close to tender.
4. Add in Zucchini & Squash until almost tender.
5. Add in Morel Mushrooms
6. Add more Teriyaki Sauce until all veggies are coated. 
7. Add in goat cheese until all melted. 
8. Serve steak over top veggies & mushrooms with shredded goat cheese on top.
