Blue Cheese Dressing

One of our favorite foods is hot wings! Unfortunately the additives and cooking oil make them really unhealthy. That's why cooking at home is always the healthier option because you can control the ingredients and process. But what are hot wings without blue cheese? I do everything within my power to avoid soy. Most dressings contain soybean oil, preservatives and lots of other ingredients. No. thank. you. When it comes to keeping your meals healthy, less is always more! So here is my very simple recipe for a fabulous healthier Blue Cheese dressing! Stay tuned for our hot wing recipe. Lactose Free Sour Cream

1 c

Paleo Mayo

1 ct

6 oz. Blue Cheese Crumbles

1 T

Raw Coconut Vinegar

1 T

Coconut Aminos 


Combine all ingredients together. Enjoy!
